Welcome back… again!

 Apologies for my lack of commitment to the blog – it has subsequently been remedied now the Christmas rush is over!

What a lot of potential clients don’t realise is that you can set up a telephone answering service using your current business number? At Centrum we can answer calls on behalf of your company using your existing number therefore your customers/clients are never affected or most importantly none the wiser. It works very simply by setting up a divert on your phone which we can talk you through and then we can forward any messages to you by text/email instantly. This is a key area we are focusing on over the next 12 months. We want to build the awareness especially to smaller businesses on how we can be of benefit to them using this service. If you’re a ‘one man band’ it can prove a tricky balance to ensure you’re answering all the calls if you’re on a job. This is why if you know of anyone juggling their business in this way and they join us for 6 months we will be as generous to give you a £25 Marks and Spencer voucher. Aside from that Sport Relief opinions required on how the front of house team can make suitable fools of themselves. We are torn between having an exercise bike in reception and doing a ‘virtual’ cycle from Glasgow to London, or we have the option to bring in the Wii and create a Olympics style competition, alternatively (and my favourite) is to have Space Hopper races… but I think I am just justifying a purchase of a Space Hopper in this instance!
